From the road to the oven, family first
Adriano's was built on a simple belief: great food is better shared. Every pizza David and Angela make goes back to that idea.
Thirty years away from home
David spent over 30 years traveling the East Coast for the automotive industry, missing the everyday moments that add up to a life. When Angela was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2015, the family decided things had to change.
Havana Dave's and a new calling
Before retiring, David and the family launched a food truck — Havana Dave's Cuban Sandwiches — serving the NC Triangle Area and discovering what David calls the "Food/Friend industry." The warmth they gave and got from customers showed them exactly where they belonged.
Adriano's opens its doors
When the pandemic ended the food truck chapter, a new opportunity appeared: a pizzeria in the Wilton area, close to home. Adriano's Pizzeria opened its doors in October 2023.
